Yes, our team of estate agents are all fluent English speakers.

What hours are the offices open ?
Our offices are open from Monday to Friday, from 09.30 to 13.30 and from 4 pm to 7.30pm. On Saturday mornings, we are open from 10 am to 1 pm.

Who escorts me on the viewings ?
A member of our team will arrange the viewing and escort you to any property that you may wish to visit and explain you on site the specifications and details of each property. We can show you around the different residential areas of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa so that you can get a "feel" for the areas.

What currency do I pay in ?
In most of the sales and purchases, the price is paid in Euros. Since Spain's entry into the EC, all foreign nationals (residents and non-residents) can open a Euro account. International bank transfer now take just 2-3 days.

How do I get a mortgage ?
It is also interesting to know that it is an easy and quick process to obtain a mortgage with a local Bank at very attractive interest rates. Please ask us for some advice, it will be a pleasure for us to introduce you to them.

Do I need to have a property surveyed ?
It is not compulsory and most of people out here don't have a survey done when they buy a property. However, if you do want a survey done, we can help you and put in touch with an English chartered surveyor if needed.

Do I need a solicitor ?
Unlike in the UK, where home buyers instruct solicitors when purchasing a property, not everyone does so in Spain. May you wish to instruct a Spanish lawyer, (English spoken), we can recommend some good local professionals.

Do I need to take out buildings and contents insurance ?
We do recommend to take out a building and contents insurance to insure your newly bought property. We will be happy to give you some advice.

Can I build a plot of land and build my own property ?
We have on our books a large range of building plots, in the countryside or towns where you can build your dream house in the sun. We can also offer you a service of building supervision to assist you throughout the whole process of building of the property.

Can I rent my property when I am not living in it ?
When you don't stay in your property, you have the possibility to rent it for short or long term. We also deal with rentals and can help you to find tenants for your property.

Can you sell my existing property on Mallorca for me ?
